Truth in advertising...?

Now, allow me to ask what is wrong with this picture? Just how did those cartridges hit her house...were they thrown?

Of course, the best yet response has been posted by the amazingly hilarious dissident frogman if you have not seen the movie at the listed link and his site yet, you must. One warning though...don't drink any liquids before visiting his site - it will come out your nose and that's not a good look for you.

Biathlon - By Eisenbruder

We are pleased to post the following that was sent to us by
Eisenbruder:

Some months ago I wrote how Germans rebuilt the
Luftwaffe using glider training to get around the
treaty of Versailles. I mentioned that the more people
in America that supported shooting sports the harder
it would be for the anti gun lobby to gain traction.
The Biathlon is such a sport. In the winter,
participants cross country ski and then immediately
shoot at a 50 meter target. This sport has roots in
winter warfare. The summer version has runners do a
distance cross country and then shoot. Reminds me of
the grunt training I had as a Marine. These are fine
athletes and we as shooters should recognize them and
encourage others to participate in our respective
regions. I've included two weblinks:
www.biathlon.net/intro,html and www.utahbiathlon.org/
. Have a look, research your own area, get off the
couch yourself for a try, or encourage some young
athletes to give it a "shot" (sorry).
Anyway that we can encourage sport shooting helps the
Second stay viable.
Perhaps Garrett could post some winners and Olympic
hopefuls.
Good shooting to you all... Adler Eisenbruder

Here's some news that you rarely see from the MSM (Mainstream Media)

Yes, I know that Katrina is old news, as is what occurred during and after it hit. But the implications of this are scary...using religion as a weapon against the people?

The video is just as chilling. Check out the "intellectual" saying that "the government is established by the Lord", hate to break it to him but I think that he took that scripture WAY out of context. Remember that the kings and tyrants of the middle ages used the same "divine right" argument to rape, kill and pillage their way into power. I just don't see God (regardless of what religion you practice - Christian, Buddhist, Hindu etc.) agreeing that restricting the rights of people is alright...as long as it is convenient for the government.

(Yes, I'm aware that the article and video are almost the same...but it's scary stuff)

Just my 2 pesos...

Coming up we have another great article from Eisenbruder that he has been kind enough to write for us.

300...Million?

I'm a big fan of the history of Leonidas and the Spartans. I never thought that anyone would find a way to make a parody of the recent movie "300" about the same Leonidas and his soldiers, so appropriate to what is happening to this nation in this chaotic times we live in.

You must see this, you'll laugh, and laugh some more...and best of all it's work safe (no objectionable material...well...it is a little politically incorrect).

"Big brother" doesn't love you...

Not much happening today, however, I did want to pop in and leave you all with a most excellent article on the U.N. that I thought that some of you may enjoy.

It pretty well sums up...well...read it for yourself. When I start thinking about the U.N. certain "colorful metaphors" (or four letter words) are the first thing that comes to mind.
